The VeSync app may frequently display "disconnected" for a valid reason. The smart scale will power off 20 seconds after displaying your body indices to conserve energy. During this time, the "disconnected" message will be shown. To reconnect, simply turn the scale back on and open the app.

There are two ways for multiple users to utilise the same smart scale. Option one is for each user to have their own separate VeSync account. However, please note that only 5 VeSync accounts can be paired with the smart scale at a time. The second option is for users to share a single VeSync account. Those who create or log into a VeSync account can establish multiple user profiles within that account. All users can then access the same account (on their individual smartphones) without requiring others to log out.

Updating the firmware is a straightforward process. First, ensure your phone's Bluetooth is enabled. Next, activate the scale. Open the app and tap the scale image to navigate to the device page. After a few seconds, the Bluetooth icon should appear in blue on the screen, indicating a successful connection. Finally, follow the in-app firmware update instructions to complete the update. Avoid letting the scale's display turn off during the connection or update process.

The smart scale is compatible with iOS® 12.0+ or Android™ 6.0+ operating systems. Please note that the iPhone and Apple Watch shown in the image are not included with the product. Additionally, while body weight can be synced with MyFitnessPal, the app does not allow synchronisation of all data to the VeSync platform. If you are pregnant or using medical electronic devices such as a pacemaker, it is advisable to consult a healthcare professional before using the smart scale.
